Halley-Long wedding

Whitney Lynn Halley and Trey Daniel Long are pleased to announce their marriage, which took place on Aug. 9, 2008 at 2 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church of Woodward. The wedding was officiated by Allen Mabra.

The bride is from Sharon-Mutual and the groom is from Fargo. She is the daughter of Kevin and Shelia Halley and Mark and Donna Murphy of Woodward. Her grandparents are Susanna Christian of Woodward and the late Charles Christian and the late Harold and Carol Halley of Sharon. The groom’s parents are David and Sherri Tune of Fargo and Rick Long of Gage. His grandparents are Bob and Vonalee Luthi of Shattuck and Pacey and Patti Long of May.

The bride wore a white strapless gown with a turquoise sash with a white and crystal-trimmed veil. She carried a bouquet of pink roses, accented with white Stephanotis.

Bride’s attendants were Maid of Honor Erica Halley and four bride’s attendants, Hailey Cather, Christi Patten, Cierra Christian and Kayla Overton. Flower girl was Kinley Gore.

Bride’s attendants wore brown, strapless tea length dresses with turquoise sash.

Groomsmen were Best Man, Trevor Howard and four groomsmen, Chico Ridings, Travis Long, Trevor Long and Dakota Lamberth. Ring bearer was Brady Patten. The reception was held in the Fellowship Hall of the First United Methodist Church.

After a wedding trip to Maui, Hawaii, the couple made their home in Woodward.
