Laubhan-Perrance wedding

Jonathan Lucas Laubhan, formerly of Woodward, and Tiffany Jean Perrance of Brea, Calif., exchanged wedding vows Dec. 16, 2006.

Perrance is the daughter of Robb and Barb Perrance of Brea. Laubhan’s parents are A. J. and Ann Laubhan of Woodward. Grandmother is Edna May Laubhan of Woodward.

The wedding was held on the campus of Biola University in La Mirada, Calif., in the candle lit University Chapel. The wedding was officiated by the groom’s father, A. J.. Laubhan.

Sister of the bride Allison White of Fullerton, Calif., was matron of honor. Bryan Vestal of Hollywood, Calif. was best man. Attending the bride were her cousin and several very good friends from California and Texas. Among the groomsmen were college friends of the groom from OU including good friend and former Woodward resident Ryan Laughlin, now of Houston.

Enjoying the festivities at the Friday night dinner under the lights in the Perrance’s backyard and the reception on campus after the wedding were numerous friends and family from Oklahoma. These included Vernon and LaVionne Stricker, Wes and Patsy Lucas and Owen and Charlette Laughlin, all from Woodward. Also in attendance were former Woodward residents Lance and Holly Stricker and son Noah of Yukon, Steve and Kim Kessenich of Lodi, Wisc., Fred and Joyce Lucas of Watonga, Debbie Blackburn of Oklahoma City and Debbie’s son Beau Blackburn, now of San Diego, Calif.

After a honeymoon trip to Hawaii, the couple continues their work and studies at Biola University. Tiffany is a nursing student and also works in the admissions department. Luke is the communications coordinator for admissions at Biola University and continues to pursue his master’s degree at Talbot School of Theology.
