9:50 p.m.  9-1-1 call (suspicious person, potentially intoxicated male subject pushing a bike), 2nd Street and Cherry Avenue

11:35 p.m.  9-1-1 call (suspicious person, subject hiding in shadows across street from caller’s residence), 1200 block  of Kansas Ave.
