5:00 p.m. 9-1-1 call (caller advising some dogs went after his roommate, so ran dogs off and now an older man from 2 blocks over is threatening him and yelling in road), 1700 block of 4th St.
5:45 p.m. Larceny (caller advising subjects came to her door advising her grandson stole some tools and they were there to retrieve them, subjects then came in without permission and took some tools and left), 700 block of Madison Ave.
