 born July 7th, 1969, died October 17, 2011. Beloved son of Patricia and the late Edwin George. Raised in Woodward. Survivors are Patricia George, a brother Matt George, a sister Danielle Arismendez and family, and special friend Christine Lewis. A memorial will be held at a later date in Woodward. Funeral services will be held Saturday May 26, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. in the Woodward Church of Christ. Officiating ministers will be James Bailey and Jim Rucker. Interment will follow in the Elmwood Cemetery of Woodward under the direction of the Billings Funeral Home of Woodward.

    Harley Dwayne Dowling was born on September 10, 1938 to Ivan Orville
    Dowling and Myrlie Flora Emmitt Dowling at Okeene, Oklahoma. He worked
    at Tinker Air Force Base for 30 years and retired to the farm that his
    parents purchased in 1953.
