Richard Craig Hagberg, age 56 of Hamilton, VA died September 1, 2010 at his residence surrounded by his family. Born on October 16, 1953 in Winfield, Kansas, Craig was the son of Richard Dean Hagberg and Velda Holt Hagberg McGinn. He grew up in Woodward, Oklahoma and became an Eagle Scout. He graduated from Oral Roberts University and went on to receive his Masters from Shenandoah University. He was a member of the Harmony United Methodist Church where he was active in mission work and volunteered at The Tree of Life in Purcellville, VA.
He was predeceased by his father, Richard Hagberg and brother-in-law, Monty Clem. He is survived by his wife, Beverly of Hamilton, VA; three sons, Richard Kyle, Bryan Walter and Timothy Craig Hagberg all of Hamilton, VA; mother and stepfather, Velda and Chuck McGinn of Woodward, OK; sister and husband, Pamela and Jeff Curry, of Woodward, OK.
