Woodward, Okla. —
Mazelle “Mazie” Honeycutt, 95 year old Woodward resident, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 13, 2012 at the Grace Living Center. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, December 17, 2012 at the Crown Heights Baptist Church with the Reverend Steve Bearden officiating. Burial will follow in the Elmwood Cemetery under the direction of the Billings Funeral Home.
Francis Mazelle Honeycutt was born August 2, 1917 to Isasc Layeffette Hill and Clara Leone (Harris) Hill in Camp County, Texas. She grew up in Texas, attending school and graduating from high school in Anson, James County, Texas. Mazelle was united in marriage to Robert H. Honeycutt on December 7, 1941. A marriage of 64 years. She was a World War II bride. Robert preceded her in death on August 14, 2005.
She lived with her parents in Texas while Robert served over seas with the 45th Division. She worked while he was overseas. After the war they moved back to Woodward, which was Robert’s home town and lived there until 1951. In 1951, they moved to Dolores, Colorado living there until 1993 when they returned to Woodward.
She loved her home, working in the yard, flowers, and the Colorado mountains and rivers. Her church was very important to her. Mazie accepted Christ as her personal Savior at an early age. She was very active in the First Baptist Church of Dolores, Colorado for many years. She was a member of Crown Heights Baptist Church in Woodward. She dearly loved her church family.
She is survived by her sister-in-law, Fern Hohweiler and husband Clarence of Guymon; her foster daughter Mary White and husband Richard of Humble, Texas; several nieces and nephews of Oklahoma and Texas.
She was preceded in death by her husband Robert, her parents, four brothers, Crim Hill, CL Hill, Vernon Hill and AM Hill and one sister Velma Simpson.
Mazie will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Lloyd Lorn Elston went to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, May 11, 2013. He was born September 24, 1919 to John and Sarah Elizabeth (Taylor) Elston west of Laverne, Oklahoma in Beaver County. He was the 12th child out of 13 and the youngest boy in the family.

Jo Ann Keltch, 68 year old Sharon resident, died Wednesday, May 8, 2013 in the Woodward Regional Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, May 11, 2013 in the South Persimmon Baptist Church with the Reverend Jay Custar and the Reverend Eddie White officiating. Burial will follow in the South Persimmon Cemetery under the direction of the Billings Funeral Home. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, May 10, 2013 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 10, 2013 in the Billings Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Shane Rackley officiating. Interment will follow in the Elmwood Cemetery in Woodward.

LaRoy “Chuck” Vernon Bailey
LaRoy “Chuck” Vernon Bailey, 74 year old rural Fargo resident, was born March 26, 1939 at Shattuck, Oklahoma, to Loys and Margretha (Toellner) Bailey. He attended school at Fargo, graduating with the “Class of 1959”. After graduating High School he went to mechanics school at Okmulgee, Oklahoma where he completed the certification requirements to be an auto mechanic.

Mary Ann Hunt Berry was born in Camargo, OK on Aug. 24, 1933 to Anna Mildred Blair Hunt and Herman Edward Hunt. She was one of ten children. She departed this life on April 30, 2013. She attended Camargo Schools, and graduated with the class of 1951. She continued her education at Southwestern State College in Weatherford, where she completed her bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.

R.A. Lotspeich
R.A. Lotspeich, 81 year old Rosston, Oklahoma, farmer and rancher passed away Friday, May 3, 2013. The only son of Kenney and Osie Lotspeich, R.A. was born March 24, 1932, graduated Rosston High School 1949, and Oklahoma A & M in 1954 with a degree in agriculture. During his college career, he was a member of Sigma Chi fraternity and the college rodeo team, excelling in bull riding. Having been an ROTC cadet at Oklahoma A & M, R.A. went on to serve as a 1st Lieutenant in the U. S. Army for two years and was honorably discharged in 1955.
