Woodward, Okla. —
A’Xaylon Jerome Worthey-Howard, infant son of William Jerome Howard Jr. and Kathy Samantha Alonso Worthey, died Friday, September 14, 2012 in the Woodward Regional Hospital. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 18, 2012 in the First Assembly of God Church in Mooreland.
He is survived by his parents, his paternal grandparents, Ava Howard and William Howard Sr.; maternal grandparents, Debbie Zarate and Pedro Zarate; siblings, Alana Michelle Worthey and Harmoney Nicole Howard; Aunts, Misty Worthey, Jophina Worthey, Tonika Worthey Sonia Garcia; eight cousins; and other relatives.
He was preceded in death William Worthey, MarXaylon Kelly-June Worthey and Mary Evans.
