Woodward, Okla. — Robert C. "Robby" Dunlap, 40 year old Woodward resident, went to be with his Lord and Savior, Thursday, February 16, 2012. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 24, 2012 in the First Assembly of God Church with Reverend Donnetta Hunter officiating. A private family burial will be held. Arrangements are under the direction of the Billings Funeral Home.
Robert Clayton Dunlap was born on May 19, 1971 in El Paso, Texas to John Harvey and Wendy Sue (Worcester) Dunlap. Robby grew up in the Sharon area and attended Sharon-Mutual schools, graduating from Sharon-Mutual High School in 1990. He attended college at Northwestern Oklahoma State University. Robby was currently employed by J&R Transport Services of Woodward.
He was a member of the Living Word Fellowship Church. Robby enjoyed roping, football, fishing and hunting, but most of all he loved spending time with his children whom he loved dearly.
He is survived by his children, Blake of Keller, Texas, Colton, Garrett, and Kourtlen of Woodward; his parents, Harvey and Wendy Dunlap of Sharon; sister, Misty Thompson and husband Cody of Sharon; nieces, Emmalee and Rylee Thompson; numerous aunts, uncles, other relatives and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Clayton and Minnie Dunlap and Robert and Joe Ann Worcester.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Dunlap Children’s Education Fund with the funeral home accepting the contributions.
