Woodward, Okla. — Click below to watch a video of emergency personnel extricating a victim from a red Chevrolet pickup after the truck crashed into a tree in front of the Woodward Post Office Thursday morning. Dale Webster was driving behind the truck southbound along 9th Street, when he said he saw the truck clip a red Ford Mustang and then swerve, making a u-turn and then slamming into the tree.
