Woodward could support more retailers
An economic development consultant believes Woodward has the business environment and community dynamic to support more retailers. Ricky Hayes, with the consulting firm Retail Attractions, presented Woodward city commissioners with the highlights from his recent market analysis of the city during their meeting Monday, April 15.
Later during the city meeting, City Manager Alan Riffel made some comments about the anniversary of the 2012 Woodward Tornado. Click to watch a video of his comments.
