The Student Citizen of the Year will be recognized along with the winner of the Patriot’s Pen Essay when the Woodward Board of Eduction meets at its regular time, 6:30 p.m. Monday.
Also scheduled for the meeting will be the election of a school board president and board vice president, as well as action topics, such as consideration of a bid to sell property at 1013 Main, approval of an additional field trip for Middle School South GATES, and approval of the Nutrikids Point of Sale proposal for Boomer Kids Club at Oak Park.
Board members will also consider whether to award a steel erection contract at the hitting/weight room facility to Neufield Construction in the amount of $20,750 and whether to approve the Trillion Partners Inc. amended and restated service agreement requests for 2010-2011.
The board will also discuss and vote on re-employment of certified administrators, directors and instructional facilitators for the 2010 -2011 school year.
The board meeting will be held at the Board of Education Building, 1023 10th St.
