Woodward, Okla. —
A 50-year-old Forgan man died Wednesday afternoon from injuries sustained in a one-vehicle rollover accident Wednesday morning.
Edwin Dale Searcy died around 4:20 p.m. at Northwest Texas Hospital in Amarillo, said the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
Searcy was life-flighted to Amarillo with head, leg and intrnal and external trunk injuries, the OHP said. He was originally taken to Beaver County Memorial Hospital.

Searcy was pinned in the vehicle for 23 minutes before being freed by emergency personnel. He was not wearing his seatbelt at the time of the accident, the OHP said.
The accident was invested by OHP Trooper Michael Eckhardt of the Beaver detachment. He was assisted by OHP Trooper Tracy Brown.
