I had the pleasure of attending the Oklahoma State High School Wrestling tournament over the weekend.

Woodward’s participants were Michael Comsock and Zach White. Zach placed third at 140 pounds, a great feat especially given the fact that he is only a freshman. We look forward to more wonderful wrestling from him.

On Saturday night before the finals Chelsea Warnick sang the national anthem. She performed a capella at the State Fairgrounds; no easy task. Her singing was beautiful.

It is wonderful that we have students so talented. Their parents and teachers should be proud. They represent Woodward well.
