Woodward, Okla. — Lexi Thompson and Clint White have announced their engagement and plans to marry on March 13, 2010 at 2 p.m. at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Weatherford.

Thompson is the daughter of Jeff and Rosetta Thompson of Sharon and Linda and Bob Harnois of Arapaho. Grandparents are Faye and Albert Richmond of Sharon and Cherry and the late Terry Thompson of Clinton. She is a 2009 graduate of Arapaho High School and attends Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford majoring in psychology and math. She works at Southwestern.

White’s parents are Lynette Eagon and Gordon White. Grandparents are Jean Eagon and Howard Harper of Woodward and the late Margie and Alvin White of Vici. Godfather is Robert “Jiggs” Stevens. He is a 2008 graduate of Sharon-Mutual High School and attends Southwestern majoring in finance. He works for State Farm Insurance Joe Victery.
