Meghan Wiederstein of Higgins, Texas and A. J. Cox of Shattuck have announced their engagement and plans to marry in April.
Wiederstein is the daughter of Steve and Shirley Wiederstein of Higgins. She is a graduate of Kaplan University and is currently employed as a licensed massage therapist at Main Street Massage Therapy and Reflexology in Shattuck.
Cox is the son of Ron and Nelda Cox of Shattuck. He is a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma and is employed by Chesapeake Energy.
The couple will make their home in Shattuck.
