Cynthia Lynn Harrington and John Steven Johnson have announced their engagement and plans to marry at 4:30 p.m. November 1, 2008 on the campus of Northwood University in Cedar Hills, Texas.
Harrington’s parents are Dixie Lee Harrington of Woodward and Mr. and Mrs. Gaylord Ezell Harrington of Elk City. She is a 2006 graduate of Northwood University and is a technician for Sprint/Nextel Communications in Fort Worth, Texas.
Johnson’s parents are the late Margaret M. McClaine of Greenville, Miss., and Ira Gates of Belzoni, Miss. He is an executive steward with Eurest Support Services in Lafayette, La.
