Katie Glennie fills out an application for early voting at the Woodward County Courthouse on Friday, Feb. 8. Glennie was preparing to cast a ballot on a proposed half-cent sales tax intended to fund proposed renovations at the county fairgrounds. Early voting is also available for county residents on Monday, Feb. 11 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., at the county election board offices in the basement of the courthouse.
