Michael Resca, with Competitive Power Ventures, points out where turbines will be placed on a map of the southwest portion of Woodward County, where the company has leased several thousand acres for a wind power project done in cooperation with OG&E. Resca showed the map to Woodward County Commissioners as he gave a project update during their regular meeting Monday morning.
